KLA: Engineering Foundations
After graduating from VIT with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, I began my career as an Applications Engineer at KLA, a global leader in semiconductor wafer inspection. My work revolved around high-precision machines designed for meticulous analysis of semiconductor wafers. In this role, I honed my technical grounding and problem-solving skills, managing complex systems, training teams, and overseeing end-to-end client engagements. Working on multi-million-dollar specialized tools, I developed strong client relationships and gained invaluable exposure to diverse work cultures across the USA, Taiwan, China, and Japan. This hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology solidified my ability to deliver high-stakes solutions in real-world scenarios.
Academic Excellence: ISB Journey
Returning to India, I pursued the one-year PGP program at the Indian School of Business (ISB), a transformative phase that sharpened my strategic thinking and leadership skills. The rigorous program, with a specialization in marketing, equipped me to navigate complex business environments and laid the foundation for my transition into product management. Beyond academics, I served as Vice President of the Photography Club and a core member of the Wildlife and Animal Welfare group, balancing leadership roles with impactful initiatives. This holistic experience not only enhanced my professional acumen but also shaped my ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
Diving into Product Management
My journey as a Product Manager began at AbhiBus, where I revamped the booking funnel by overhauling the UX and introducing a new search result algorithm, leading to a 36% reduction in booking time and improved conversion rates. Amid the uncertainties of the pandemic, I launched a trip rescheduling feature that preserved cash flow and provided flexibility to customers. Additionally, I introduced an industry-first UPI-based refund system that reduced processing times from days to seconds, transforming customer satisfaction and support efficiency.
At Matrimony.com, I contributed to launching "Doctors Matrimony," the company’s first profession-based platform, which saw over 54,000 registrations on its first day. My work also included increasing average ticket sizes and driving conversions through targeted campaigns during the Indian Premier League (IPL), showcasing my ability to tailor strategies to business needs.
Building Social Commerce: Leo Network
As Product Lead at Leo Network, I played a pivotal role in building a social commerce platform that addressed trust gaps in online transactions. From scratch, I developed the Buyers and Sellers side on Android, iOS, and the website, ensuring a seamless multi-platform experience. By introducing features like Cash on Delivery, I drove a 53% increase in GMV, establishing credibility for the brand. Organic growth strategies, tailored content, and live interactions helped the app achieve a 4.6-star rating on the Play Store. My leadership positioned Leo Network as a secure and reliable platform, bridging the accountability gap left by traditional social media platforms.
Scaling Learning: Sr. Product Manager at Byju’s
As Sr. Product Manager at Byju’s, I led two critical verticals that shaped the platform's offerings: the English Learning App (ELA) and LearnStation. ELA featured an AI-driven conversational buddy that helped students improve speaking and reading skills through adaptive and engaging interactions. Under my leadership, ELA achieved a 76% increase in monthly active users within nine months, with gamification features like character customization, dynamic greetings, and daily login rewards significantly boosting engagement and retention. Optimizing the AI dialogue system also improved CEFR proficiency levels by 24%.
In the LearnStation vertical, I introduced Byju’s Online and Tuition Classes, expanding the platform into a comprehensive K4-10 learning ecosystem. This in-house Android tablet seamlessly combined physical and digital learning while incorporating parental controls for a secure experience. These initiatives not only enhanced student outcomes but also opened upselling opportunities, positioning LearnStation as a cornerstone of Byju's educational offerings.
Driving Insights: Sr. Product Manager at Synaptic
Leading product development at Synaptic, I launched "Insights by Synaptic," achieving a 4.8-star rating within the first month. I built the Android and iOS app from scratch, integrating over 17 data sources to provide investors with powerful tools for evaluating early-stage companies. Developing features like Portfolio Pulse and company pages, I positioned Synaptic as a go-to platform for actionable insights. Collaboration with cross-functional teams ensured timely and high-quality delivery of these innovations, further solidifying Synaptic's market presence.

After years of building for scale and impact, I wanted to create something personal - something that brought together my love for design, technology, and gaming. That’s how JollyPads was born.
JollyPads is more than just a digital storefront. It’s a response to a broken experience that gamers often face - unreliable sellers, delayed deliveries, and questionable legitimacy. I set out to change that. With a sharp focus on instant delivery, authentic game keys, and a clean, trusted interface, JollyPads delivers a frictionless way to unlock your next adventure.
